Description
The LM224N is a quad operational amplifier (op-amp) from STMicroelectronics. It is part of the LM124/LM224/LM324 family and is designed for a wide range of applications including analog signal conditioning, sensor amplification, and active filters. The LM224N has four independent op-amps housed in an 14-pin plastic DIP or SO-14 package, which can operate from a single power supply up to 26V or split supplies from ±13V to ±13V.
Each op-amp in the LM224N has a high input impedance, low input bias current, and a wide gain bandwidth product of 1MHz. The op-amp also features a high slew rate of 0.5V/µs, allowing the device to amplify fast-changing signals accurately. The LM224N's output can swing to within 0.5V of the power supply voltages, making it useful in applications where a wide output voltage range is required.
