Description
The LM2900N is a quad operational amplifier designed by Texas Instruments. With an input current of 1.2mA, the LM2900N makes use of bipolar technology and a wide operating range of 5V to 36V. It has a slew rate of 0.3V/us and a bandwidth of 1MHz with typical gain accuracy of +/- 0.3%. With four amplifiers within a single package, it enables engineers to design applications that can operate in harsh environments with high precision, stability and low power consumption.
This operational amplifier is ideal for a wide range of applications including precision integrators and differentiators, high gain frequency compensation, active filters and other signal conditioning circuits. With internal diodes that protect it from over-voltage and reverse polarity, this quad op-amp is also especially useful for designing circuits that require high reliability in harsh environments. In addition, the LM2900N has a short-circuit protection feature which prevents its output stage from being destroyed.
