Description
The ON Semiconductor MC33202DR2G is a dual operational amplifier designed for low power consumption and high output current drive capability. With a supply voltage range of 3 V to 44 V and a typical quiescent current of only 1.8 mA per amplifier, this device is ideal for battery-powered applications that require high performance. The MC33202DR2G features a wide bandwidth of 2.7 MHz, a slew rate of 1 V/μs, and a low input offset voltage of 1 mV. It is also internally compensated for stable operation and has a high CMRR of 90 dB.
In addition, the MC33202DR2G has a high output current of 50 mA and can drive loads as low as 2 Ω. The device is designed with ESD protection up to 2 kV and is available in a SOIC-8 package.
