Description
The STMicroelectronics USBLC6-2SC6 is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection device designed for high-speed data interfaces. It offers excellent ESD protection with a typical peak pulse current of 23A and a maximum capacitance of only 0.1pF. The device features a bidirectional configuration, making it suitable for both USB 2.0 and HDMI 1.3 applications.
