Description
The Analog Devices DS1683S+ is a highly integrated temperature and voltage monitor with a precision voltage reference and a temperature sensor. It operates from a single 3.3V power supply and includes an on-chip oscillator, so no external components are required. The device is capable of measuring voltages from 0V to 5.5V with accuracy of ±2.5mV and temperature from -55°C to +125°C with accuracy of ±2°C. The DS1683S+ also includes a programmable alert output that can be used to warn of temperature or voltage excursions and an SMBus/I²C interface for easy communication with other devices.
