Description
The Microchip HV7802MG-G is a high voltage driver IC designed to drive piezoelectric transducers and capacitive loads up to 3.5nF. It features an onboard charge pump that generates an output voltage up to 195V from a 5V input supply, making it suitable for applications such as inkjet printers, ultrasonic distance measurement, and non-destructive testing.

The HV7802MG-G offers a slew rate of up to 3kV/μs, enabling it to switch piezoelectric loads quickly and accurately. It features a shutdown pin that allows it to be turned off when not in use, and a fault pin that indicates overvoltage, overcurrent and undervoltage conditions.
