Description
Freescale TWR-LCD-RGB is an LCD development kit that is compatible with the Tower System architecture. It features a 4.3-inch TFT color LCD display with a resolution of 480x272 pixels, and a 16-bit RGB interface. The LCD module uses a high-speed SPI interface to communicate with the MCU on the base board. It has an onboard backlight driver with dimming control to adjust the brightness of the display.
The kit comes with various demo applications pre-loaded, including a graphical user interface (GUI) application, image viewers, and video players. The TWR-LCD-RGB connects to the base board through an expansion connector, and it can be used in conjunction with other Tower System modules to create a complete embedded system.
