Description
The Diodes PDS760-13 is a surface mount Schottky rectifier diode designed for high efficiency power applications. This diode has a forward voltage drop of 0.55V, low reverse leakage current, and a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 30V. With a maximum average forward rectified current of 7A and a maximum forward surge current of 100A, this diode is capable of handling high levels of power.
