Description
The Analog Devices LT4363IMS-2#TRPBF is a high voltage surge stopper that is specifically designed to protect numerous types of systems from high voltage transients and spikes. The device is equipped with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 60V, which makes it perfectly suited for numerous applications like industrial and telecommunications systems. The device automatically triggers in response to high voltage transients within the pre-set limits and clamps the overvoltage to a safer level. With a working temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, the device is highly reliable and can operate seamlessly under varying weather conditions.
Furthermore, the LT4363IMS-2#TRPBF surge stopper comes equipped with a foldback current limiting, which monitors the current flowing through the load and then makes adjustments accordingly. It also features a fast response time of 100μs, which means it can respond to transients much quicker than other conventional surge protectors. The device also has an ultra-low no-load quiescent current of just 38μA, which ensures that the device doesn't consume much electricity when under normal operating conditions. The device also comes in a compact 10-lead MSOP package that makes it relatively easy to install and use in various projects and systems
