The Nexperia BCM847BS,135 is a general-purpose NPN/PNP bipolar transistor array that is designed for high-performance and high-speed switching applications. This device features two NPN and two PNP transistors that are monolithically integrated on a single die, which makes the BCM847BS,135 an ideal solution for compact and space-constrained applications. Moreover, this transistor array is housed in a small SOT457 package, which offers excellent thermal performance and high reliability.
The transistor pair of BCM847BS,135 offers a high current gain and low collector-emitter saturation voltage, which makes it suitable for applications requiring low-power dissipation.
