The Nexperia DFLS160Q-7 is a quad Schottky barrier diode that is designed for use in high-efficiency rectification applications. It is housed in a quad flat no-lead (QFN) package and has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V.
At its core, the device comprises four 40V Schottky barrier diodes that are interconnected in a common-cathode configuration. These diodes leverage Nexperia's proprietary nxpabarrier technology, which delivers a low forward voltage drop that enables them to operate efficiently even at high currents. As a result, the Nexperia DFLS160Q-7 is ideal for use in power electronics applications such as DC-DC converters, LED lighting, and battery charging circuits where high efficiency and low thermal resistance are critical.
