Description
The Analog Devices ADM3307EARUZ is a dual supply level translator that is designed to operate from a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It features a bidirectional I/O interface and is capable of translating signal levels between two different voltage domains. The device has a low standby current of 0.2μA and a data rate of up to 100Mbps.
The ADM3307EARUZ is housed in a 16-pin TSSOP package and incorporates two independent translator channels with a total of 8 bidirectional signal paths. Each channel can be configured for either push-pull or open-drain operation. The device is fully specified for operation over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range and has built-in ESD protection up to ±15kV (HBM). The ADM3307EARUZ is suitable for a wide range of applications such as smartphone connectivity, battery-powered devices, and communication systems
