The device operates at a maximum frequency of 168 MHz and has 512 KB of flash memory and 192 KB of SRAM. The microcontroller also features numerous interfaces including USB OTG, CAN, I²C, PWM, USART/UART, DAC, ADC, and SPI.
The STM32F407VGT6 also includes a range of power-saving modes, including Sleep, Stop, and Standby, with multiple wakeup sources that allow the device to consume minimal power.
