Description
The TE Connectivity 1588908-1 is a two position surface mount receptacle with solder tails. It is a part of the AMPMODU Mod II family and is designed to work with AMPMODU Mod II male headers. This receptacle has a pitch of 2.54mm and is rated for 3A per contact with a maximum voltage rating of 250VAC or VDC. It has a contact resistance of less than 20mΩ and an insulation resistance of greater than 100MΩ.
The housing of the TE Connectivity 1588908-1 is made of a high temperature thermoplastic that is UL rated at 94V-0. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a selective gold plating on the mating end and a tin plating on the solder tails. The contacts are designed to be self-cleaning to ensure reliable connections. This receptacle is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics
