Description
The Texas Instruments SN74AHC74RGYR is a dual positive edge-triggered D-type flip-flop designed for use in high-performance digital circuits. It features a wide supply voltage range of 2 to 5.5 volts and has a typical propagation delay time of 5.8 nanoseconds at 5 volts. The flip-flop has two independent data inputs, each of which can be loaded by a data signal on the rising edge of the clock pulse. It also has two separate reset inputs, enabling the user to clear the flip-flop output intentionally.
The SN74AHC74RGYR offers a high-speed operation with a maximum clock frequency of 170 megahertz, making it suitable for use in high-speed synchronous systems. It has a low power consumption and draws only 5 microamperes of standby current at room temperature. Its small amount of operating current draw also makes it ideal for battery-powered applications. Additionally, the device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology, making it highly reliable and immune to electromagnetic interference. The Texas Instruments SN74AHC74RGYR is a versatile and reliable flip-flop suitable for use in a wide range of digital systems, including wireless communication, video processing, and other high-speed digital circuits
