Description
The Littelfuse 04980903ZXT is a surface mount resettable fuse with a maximum voltage rating of 16 volts and a current rating of 0.3 amps. It features a low resistance PTC element that trips/opens when the current exceeds a certain threshold value and automatically resets when the fault condition is removed. The fuse is designed for use in overcurrent protection applications such as USB ports, battery chargers, and audio equipment where protection against short circuits and overloads is required. The compact size and surface mount package of the fuse make it ideal for use in space-constrained applications.
The fuse has a holding current of 0.07 amps and a maximum tripping time of 0.1 seconds at 2.5 times the rated current.
