Description
The Infineon AUIRS2113STR is a high voltage, three-phase gate driver IC designed for use in motor control and other high power applications. It features low voltage logic input compatibility, high noise immunity and protection features such as under-voltage lockout and over-current protection. The device includes a built-in bootstrap diode driver and is compatible with both IGBTs and MOSFETs.
With a supply voltage range of up to 600V, the Infineon AUIRS2113STR is capable of driving power devices rated up to 600V and 2.5A. It has a maximum output current of 2.5A peak and 1.6A RMS per phase. The device is housed in a small SOIC-28 package and features thermal shutdown protection to prevent damage from overheating.
