Description
The Analog Devices LTM4644EY#PBF is a highly integrated and compact DC/DC step-down converter module. It features four synchronous step-down DC/DC converters that can provide a combined output power of up to 16A. Each of the four converters can deliver up to 4A of output current with a maximum output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. The module is specially designed to meet the needs of high-performance FPGA and ASIC applications.
The LTM4644EY#PBF also includes accurate feedback control, soft-start, and overtemperature protection circuitry. It has a built-in differential ADC that enables current sharing between the four converters, ensuring that the load is evenly distributed across all the outputs.
