Description
The Linear LTM4643IV#PBF is a high efficiency step-down DC/DC converter designed for use in a wide range of applications. It offers a high level of integration, with a single low profile 9mm x 15mm x 4.92mm LGA package containing the DC/DC controller, power switches, inductor and all supporting components. In addition, the LTM4643IV#PBF is capable of delivering up to 10A of continuous output current with an efficiency of up to 96%. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V and has an adjustable output voltage range from 0.6V to 12V, making it ideal for use in a variety of different applications.
Furthermore, the LTM4643IV#PBF also features an adjustable soft-start function, which helps to minimize inrush currents during startup, and an input voltage tracking function, which enables the output voltage to follow the input voltage over a specified range. Additionally, it also includes a current limit function, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown and frequency synchronization capabilities in order to provide a high level of protection and operational flexibility.
