Description
The Murata MTU1S0512MC is a surface mount DC-DC converter module designed to meet high power density requirements, thus delivering excellent performance and reliability. This power module operates at a high frequency of 1.5 MHz, which reduces the size of the passive external components considerably and enhances the efficiency of the system. Being an ultra-miniature unit, it makes it simpler to use in applications where board space is limited.
This power module has an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 14 V and provides an output voltage of 12 V with a maximum output current of 0.083 A. It incorporates an internal compensation network and includes an overcurrent protection feature that protects the load under fault conditions.
