Description
The Analog Devices ADRF6520ACPZ is a versatile and highly integrated RF front-end module designed for applications requiring low noise, high linearity and excellent signal fidelity. The module features built-in programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), a low noise amplifier (LNA), and a high-power transmit mixer, and is designed to operate over a wide frequency range of 100 MHz to 6 GHz.
The ADRF6520ACPZ is based on a fully integrated single-chip solution, which integrates passive components, a power management unit and bi-directional switches, among other things, to simplify RF design and reduce component count. The 20-pin QFN package is 4 × 4 mm in size and offers excellent thermal performance, making it suitable for use in small form-factor applications such as smartphones, tablets and industrial data acquisition systems.
