Description
The Analog Devices ADM7172ACPZ-R7 is a low dropout linear regulator that is capable of delivering up to 1 amp of output current. It operates over an input voltage range of 2.7V to 20V, while the output voltage can be set to any value within the range of 0.6V to 5.5V using an external resistor. The device features an ultra-low dropout voltage of just 130mV at full load and thus reduces the power dissipation significantly when compared to conventional LDOs.
