Description
The Texas Instruments LMR23615DRRT is a DC-DC step-down voltage regulator that is designed to handle input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 36V and output voltages ranging from 0.8V to 35V. This device integrates a synchronous buck converter with a 3.5A NFET and a 2.5A PFET to deliver highly efficient power conversion at up to 95% efficiency. The LMR23615DRRT also features a programmable soft-start function, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, and a thermal shutdown function to enhance its reliability.
To maximize the performance of the LMR23615DRRT, it is designed with a small form factor and a robust thermal management system that enables it to operate over a wide temperature range.
