The TLV9302IDR is a dual-channel, ultra-low quiescent current voltage regulator designed for applications requiring low dropout voltage and low power consumption, such as portable electronics and battery-powered devices. It boasts an exceptionally low dropout voltage of only 250 mV at 150 mA, making it ideal for use in applications with a wide input voltage range.
This voltage regulator is designed to operate under a wide range of input voltages from 1.5 V to 5.5 V and provides a fixed output voltage of 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
