Description
The ULN2004D1013TR is a high voltage, high current Darlington transistor array that comes in a compact 16-pin SOIC package. Each of the seven Darlington pairs in this array is capable of handling up to 500 mA of continuous current, with a peak output current of 600 mA. These Darlington pairs are made up of high-voltage NPN transistors and come with built-in base protection diodes.
The ULN2004D1013TR transistor array is designed to be used in various applications such as driving relays, stepping motors, and other high current switching applications. With its high voltage capabilities, this transistor array is ideal for use in applications that require driving high voltage loads. The output transistors are designed to withstand voltages of up to 50 volts and are rated to handle up to 2.5 watts of power dissipation per output. The ULN2004D1013TR transistor array also includes built-in suppression diodes that are used to eliminate inductive voltage spikes that are generated when driving inductive loads such as relays and motors
