Description
The Texas Instruments CD74HC4053PWR is a high-speed CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with three channels. Each channel can be configured as a multiplexer with signal levels from VCC to ground or as a demultiplexer with signal levels from ground to VCC. The device is fully compatible with standard CMOS, TTL logic, and sensitive CMOS loads. The CD74HC4053PWR offers low ON resistance of 38Ω and fast switching speeds of 20ns max. Furthermore, the device features a low power consumption with a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V. The device can operate in harsh environments with a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and has a 16-pin TSSOP package.
To use the CD74HC4053PWR, the user must apply their desired signal inputs to the corresponding channel select pins. The output signal of the selected channel will appear on the common output pin.
