Description
The ON Semiconductor ULN2003ADR2G is a high voltage, high current Darlington transistor array commonly used for driving relays, stepper motors, and other high power devices. This integrated circuit (IC) has 7 NPN Darlington transistor pairs, each with a maximum current rating of 500mA and a breakdown voltage of up to 50V. The ULN2003ADR2G can also be used as a buffer amplifier for signals up to 15V.

The ULN2003ADR2G has a built-in protection diode that prevents the load voltage from damaging the transistor pair when the power is turned off. This makes it ideal for use in highly inductive loads such as relays and solenoids. The ULN2003ADR2G is designed to be used with both TTL and CMOS inputs and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Additionally, the ULN2003ADR2G features a SOIC-16 package that is easily mounted on a printed circuit board, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications
