Description
The Texas Instruments ISOW7841FAQDWEQ1 is a quad-channel digital isolator designed to provide isolation between two separate circuits while providing high-performance communication and power transfer between them. The isolator offers a high level of isolation between channels, with a minimum of 5000V RMS isolation voltage and a working voltage up to 150V. It supports data rates of up to 100 Mbps and has a propagation delay of 17.5 ns, making it ideal for applications that require high-speed data transfer.
The ISOW7841FAQDWEQ1 also features a high-efficiency DC/DC converter that provides up to 650 mW of isolated power to each channel. The device is designed to operate in harsh environments, with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in a variety of industrial and automotive applications.
