Description
The FAIRCHILD 74VCXH2245MTC is a high-speed octal bus buffer with dual output enables and 3-state outputs. It features a low voltage operation of 1.2V to 3.6V and a high speed propagation delay of 0.25 ns maximum.
The device provides 8-bit buffer pathways for A-to-B and B-to-A data flow, with separate output enables for each direction. The outputs are capable of driving up to 24 mA and have over-voltage tolerant inputs. The FAIRCHILD 74VCXH2245MTC is ideal for use as a bus interface or general purpose buffer, and is available in a TSSOP package for space-saving designs
