Description
The ZXMS6004FFTA is a surface-mount N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET transistor designed for use as a switch in power management applications. It has a maximum drain current rating of 3.4A and a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V, making it suitable for use in low voltage applications. The MOSFET has a low on-state resistance of 44mOhms, which results in less power dissipation and a reduced need for heatsinking.
This device features very low threshold voltage (1V max) which makes it ideal for low voltage battery applications. It has also been optimized for low Qg, Qgd, and Qoss providing faster switching speeds and a reduced component count. The ZXMS6004FFTA is built using advanced trench MOSFET technology and a diode is included in the package to protect the MOSFET against reverse current. It supports both lead-free and halogen-free manufacturing processes, making it an environmentally friendly option
