Analog Devices ADUM3481BRSZ

The Analog Devices ADUM3481BRSZ is a quad-channel digital isolator that provides electrically isolated communication between two circuits. It has a maximum data rate of 25 Mbps and can operate in harsh industrial environments with its wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The isolator is powered by a single 3.3 V or 5 V supply and has a low power consumption of only 3.5 mW per channel. It features a patented iCoupler technology, which combines high-speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology to achieve outstanding performance and reliability.
