Description
The Broadcom ACSL-6400-00TE is a high-speed, single-channel digital optocoupler. It utilizes a 660nm LED source, which is modulated by a monolithic CMOS IC. The IC includes a high-speed photodiode detector, differential amplifier, and digital output buffer. This digital optocoupler has a typical propagation delay of 60ns, and a maximum data transfer rate of 15Mbps.
The Broadcom ACSL-6400-00TE offers high noise immunity, and is ideal for applications where high-speed signal isolation is essential. It utilizes a small SO-8 package, which facilitates ease of board layout and reduces board space requirements.
