Description
The Microchip MIC2039AYM6-TR is a highly efficient synchronous buck regulator designed for use in applications with input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 26V. It provides a fixed output voltage of either 1.5V or 3.3V, making it ideal for a variety of electronic devices.
The MIC2039AYM6-TR features a very low dropout voltage of only 150mV at 500mA, which maximizes the efficiency of the device and minimizes the power loss. It also employs an adaptive on-time control architecture that allows the device to achieve excellent load transient response while maintaining high efficiency. The regulator has a typical efficiency of 95% at full load, which is further improved by the use of an external MOSFET. Other features of the device include over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and under-voltage lockout. The MIC2039AYM6-TR is available in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications
