Description
The ON Semiconductor NCP565D2T33R4G is a low dropout voltage regulator designed for various applications. It has a wide input range of 2.5 volts to 6 volts and can regulate output voltage from 0.6 volts to 2.59 volts at a maximum of 5 amps.
