Description
The Linear LT1910IS8 is a high voltage, high speed gate driver designed for use in driving MOSFETs, IGBTs and other power semiconductor devices. With an input voltage range of +10V to +20V, the device is capable of driving up to +/-1A of output current, making it ideal for driving larger, high power devices.
The LT1910IS8 features a high speed, 60 ns turn-on and 50 ns turn-off time, allowing for fast and efficient switching of the devices it is driving. Additionally, the device is designed with a high impedance, low capacitance output, allowing for minimal power dissipation during operation. The device is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, and is suitable for use in a variety of applications including motor control, switch-mode power supplies, and high frequency inverters
