Description
The Analog Devices LTM4622IY#PBF is a dual 13A or single 26A step-down μModule (micromodule) regulator that operates from a 5V to 20V input supply. It features a fast transient response and high efficiency, and incorporates overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown functions. The regulator includes an on-board DC/DC controller, power MOSFETs, inductors, and passive components, and its compact design allows it to be easily integrated into a wide range of applications. The LTM4622IY#PBF is ideal for use in datacom, telecom, or FPGA-based systems that require high current, low noise power supplies.
The LTM4622IY#PBF regulator is designed using Analog Devices' proprietary Silent Switcher 2 architecture, which reduces EMI emissions by up to 40dB at 2.5MHz switching frequency.
