Description
The Molex 90119-0110 connector is a surface mount USB Type C receptacle. It has a reversible design which allows connecting to a Type C plug in either orientation. This connector conforms to the USB Type C standard specification and supports signal rates up to 10Gbps with power delivery up to 100W.
This connector also includes additional capabilities such as a SuperSpeed USB link, which supports data rates up to 5Gbps and DisplayPort alternate mode which allows the connector to support video signals. The device also includes USB PD (Power Delivery) support, which allows for charging devices at a higher wattage which could provide up to 7.5W to power external devices. The compact and lightweight design of this connector makes it ideal for integration in devices with minimal space constraints and allows for the development of a more efficient and high-speed interfacing between devices
