Description
The Molex 53916-0208 is a wire-to-board connector system which comprises a receptacle housing and a crimp terminal. The receptacle housing is made of high-temperature liquid crystalline polymer (LCP) which is able to withstand high-temperature applications. The housing is equipped with positive locking to ensure secure mating with the plug housing. The crimp terminal is made of phosphor bronze with a tin-plated finish, allowing it to provide reliable, long-term electrical connections. The contact design utilizes a nine-point, dual-beam configuration to increase contact reliability and prevent terminal failure.
