Description
The Analog Devices HMC627ALP5E is a monolithic, high-isolation, non-reflective SPDT switch designed for use in high-performance RF and microwave applications. With a frequency range of 0.5 to 18 GHz and a high isolation of 40 dB typical at 12 GHz, this switch is ideal for use in radar systems, test and measurement equipment, and secure communications applications.
The HMC627ALP5E also features low insertion loss of 1.2 dB typical at 12 GHz, and can handle power levels up to +30 dBm. Its compact size and 5-lead SMT package make it easy to incorporate into systems with limited board space. The switch is controlled through a single input voltage, and features fast switching speeds of less than 100 ns. Additionally, the switch is rated for operating temperatures of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments
