The Analog Devices HMC625ALP5ETR is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) gain block amplifier that operates within the frequency range of 0.01 GHz to 40 GHz. This device features a small-signal gain of up to 32 dB, a noise figure of as low as 2 dB, and a P1dB (output power at 1 dB compression) of up to 18 dBm.
