Description
The ON Semiconductor MC100EP91DWG is a very high-speed, low-power ECL differential receiver with a maximum clock frequency of 3 GHz. The device is designed for use in high-performance applications where low jitter is critical, such as telecommunications, networking, and test and measurement equipment. The receiver has a differential input with a typical input voltage of 750 mV and can accept signals with a minimum pulse width of 150 ps. The device features a TTL/CMOS compatible output and has a typical propagation delay of 350 ps. The MC100EP91DWG is housed in a 20-pin SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
The MC100EP91DWG also has a built-in internal bias network, eliminating the need for external components.
