Description
The Maxim MAX3160EEAP+ is a high-speed, 16-channel, CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. It operates at a supply voltage from +2.7V to +16.5V on a single supply and features an on-resistance of 85Ω max and an on-resistance flatness of 5Ω max. The device offers a guaranteed matching between channels of 6Ω max. The MAX3160EEAP+ asserts its transmission gate source to a logic low with a guaranteed on-resistance of 85Ω max, making it ideal for precision data-acquisition systems.
The MAX3160EEAP+ features a break-before-make switching action, which prevents momentary shorting when switching between channels. This analog multiplexer operates at a bandwidth of 200MHz and offers an off-isolation of -84dB at 1MHz, which minimizes the crosstalk between channels. The device also has a guaranteed signal injection error of 0.01% max and a flatness error of 0.1dB max at 1MHz.
