Description
The Texas Instruments LM5069MM-1/NOPB is a highly-integrated protection device that provides a complete protection solution for up to 9-volt applications. It features a precision over-voltage protection circuit, in addition to an over-current detection circuit that has two levels of current limiting. This device can operate at a supply voltage of 5.5 volts to 105 volts and provides a short-circuit protection that can limit the output current to a user-defined level. The LM5069MM-1/NOPB also includes an input disable feature that disconnects the output when the input voltage is below a minimum threshold level.
