1. COURIER SERVICES

We work with courier services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and others. If you have a preference for a different courier, you should inform us in advance and get confirmation.


2. DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.


3. DELIVERY OPTIONS & FREE SHIPPING

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

4. ORDER CANCEL / RETURN

If you wish to return a product and your return request is approved by us. You must send the products to our warehouse at your own expense.

Packages that have been exported and shipped cannot be canceled due to regulatory requirements. For the return of packages that have already completed the export procedures and have been delivered to the courier, you must first accept the package and then initiate the return process.


5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

The customer is responsible for taking precautions and obtaining insurance against the risks of damage or loss during transit. If requested in advance, we can also arrange insurance.


6. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to comply with the customs regulations of your country and pay any applicable duties or fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import regulations and charges.

We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


7. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if applicable. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the respective courier's website.


8. UPDATES TO SHIPPING POLICY
