Description
The Littelfuse RXEF160 is a high-quality radial through-hole-mounted resettable PTC fuse. Designed to protect against overcurrent surges, this advanced device uses a polymer material that has a high resistance at low ambient temperatures, but which changes to a low resistance when exposed to overcurrent conditions. The RXEF160 is a slow-blow PTC fuse, meaning that it can tolerate temporary overcurrent events without tripping, but will quickly reset once the cause of the overcurrent has been addressed.
The RXEF160 boasts a maximum operating voltage of 72VDC with a maximum current rating of 1.6A.
