Description
The Texas Instruments UCC29002DGK is a high-side driver that provides a versatile, cost-effective solution in a compact, 8-pin SOT-23 package for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs. This driver has an output capability of up to 2.5A peak or 1.5A continuous, and has a wide range of applications that can include motor control, power supplies, lighting and many more.
The UCC29002DGK features an input supply voltage range of 4V to 14V and offers a fast, 55ns rise and fall time, making it ideal for high-speed switching applications. It has an adjustable output voltage, which enables driving a wide range of loads with different voltage levels. Additionally, the thermal shutdown protection feature prevents the driver from getting overheated and damaged, thus making it more reliable and safe.
