Description
The Samtec SFM-125-L2-L-D is a surface-mount, high-speed, low-profile socket designed for use with high-speed and high-density applications such as chip-to-chip and board-to-board connections. It has a pitch of 1.25 mm, which allows for a higher contact density, and it supports up to 50 Gb/s data rates. The socket has a dual row of contacts, each with a 1.5-ampere current rating, and they are arranged in a staggered pattern to reduce crosstalk and improve signal integrity.
