Description
The STMicroelectronics BU941ZT is a N-channel Power MOSFET transistor designed for loads with a DC voltage of up to 600 V, such as inductive loads in motor control units or switching power supplies. The device features a low gate drive requirement and is capable of switching high currents with low on-resistance, which results in reduced power dissipation and improved efficiency. The transistor has a maximum drain-source voltage of 500 V, a maximum continuous drain current of 12 A, and a continuous power dissipation of 70 W. The BU941ZT is housed in a TO-220AB package, which provides improved thermal dissipation and mechanical strength.
