Description
The Semtech RCLAMP0542T.TCT is a powerful TVS diode array designed to provide high-quality protection to sensitive electronic devices from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. This device features an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.5pF per line, making it ideal for high-speed data and signal lines. It suppresses ESD voltages up to ±15kV and can handle peak pulse currents up to 8A. The RCLAMP0542T.TCT also features a low leakage current of only 0.1µA.
The device is housed in a compact 0201 package, offering low profile and small footprint to save space in compact designs.
