Description
The Silicon CP2102N-A01-GQFN20 is a small form factor, single-chip, USB-to-UART bridge device designed for use in connecting USB compatible peripherals to UART interfaces. This device comes in a small 20 pin QFN package and it is manufactured using the advanced Silicon Labs’ CMOS process technology.
The CP2102N-A01-GQFN20 supports full-speed USB operation at 12 Mbps, thanks to its USB 2.0 compliant interface. It also features an on-chip 3.3V regulator that allows it to be powered directly from the USB bus, and it consumes approximately 5mA of current when in active mode. The device supports a variety of data formats, including 7 or 8-bit data, 1 or 2 stop bits, and odd or even parity. In addition, the CP2102N-A01-GQFN20 features a customizable VID/ PID and offers robust data protection through its 128-byte receive/transmit FIFO.
